Dapper Cadaver, an excellent Prop Shop, has moved from Hollywood to a new, larger location in Burbank - though their website address remains the same.

The new location is almost twice as big at 4,000 square feet and they are going to keep it full with a greater variety of props and oddities than ever before. They are also going to be adding a green screen and holding monthly artist events later on in 2009.

In addition to my collection of skulls, I've collected several rats over the years - some of them expensive, but some of them just the typical Dollar Store variety. Here are a few basic enhancements that can be made easily to bring them up to a more realistic level.

What is a home haunt without props? Well, besides saving money, it's boring as...Hell? Well here' is something that you may want to look at. A US based company called the Dapper Cadaver has released their 2007 Catalogue (or Catalog depending on which way you decide to spell it...)

If you are looking at ordering, I'd do it quickly as it might take some time for things to get across the border. In any case, have a look at the catalog and maybe get some ideas for your own props!
